Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalised service recommendations

Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and record-keeping

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail technology
