Job summary
Tranglo is seeking a ProdOps Specialist to ensure the reliability of our transaction platforms. You will bridge Product Management, Software Development, and External Partners to keep live environments healthy and integrations stable.
Key duties include production investigations, third-party integration support, and overseeing end-to-end transaction lifecycles with an eye for automation and DR/BCP readiness. A minimum of 2 years in technical production support is expected.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in technical production support or related roles.
- Experience analyzing logs and traces to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with third-party integrations and managing external technical relationships.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and interpreting response codes.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying transactional data.
- Experience handling IP whitelisting and network-level access validation.
- Experience participating in DR/BCP exercises.
Responsibilities
- Analyze logs and traces to identify failure points and bottlenecks.
- Lead production deep-dive investigations to resolve defects.
- Coordinate with external partners to troubleshoot integrations.
- Automate repetitive BAU tasks to improve efficiency.
- Participate in DR drills and BC exercises to ensure system resiliency.
