Job summary

Tranglo is seeking an experienced Change/Release Manager to review change requests, perform impact analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams for safe production deployments.

You will define go-live criteria, ensure thorough testing and risk mitigation, and manage post-deployment stability during hypercare. Prior experience with ITIL processes and strong documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing Change Requests, releases and production hotfixes.
• Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change management.
• Experience handling Severity 1/Critical incidents and impact assessments.
• Familiarity with cross-border remittance or money transfer platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate change requests before development approval.
• Conduct impact analyses across technical, financial, operational and compliance areas.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations for feasibility and risk.
• Define go-live readiness criteria and deployment checklists.
• Oversee release scheduling, production deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
• Lead RCA and preventive action planning for recurring defects.
