Job summary

eTeam is seeking a skilled IT troubleshooter to operate and optimize production IT services. You will work independently as a subject matter expert and actively contribute to troubleshooting discussions and solutions.

You will drive incident and outage management, monitor system performance, track changes, and ensure adherence to SLAs, collaborating with colleagues to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.
Intermediate proficiency in Engineering Support.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities

Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and SLAs.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
