Job summary

出海易Chuhaiyi is seeking a partnerships procurement professional in Johor Bahru to source and manage manufacturing partners. You will negotiate terms, pricing, and production requirements with factories, and monitor progress, quality, and delivery performance to ensure smooth operations.

You will act as a liaison between the company and partner factories, conduct market research, and prepare reports to support supplier performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wood panel, building materials, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiar with factories and supplier networks in Johor Bahru.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel frequently within Johor and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop manufacturing partners in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.
• Negotiate cooperation terms, pricing, and production requirements with factories.
• Monitor production progress, quality, and delivery performance.
• Act as the liaison between the company and partner factories.
• Conduct market research and provide industry insights.
• Prepare reports and support supplier performance management.
