Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a procurement professional in Johor Bahru to manage end-to-end purchasing for electronics manufacturing. You will research, select and buy quality materials, negotiate with suppliers, and keep management updated on order status and budgets.

The role requires maintaining inventory, coordinating transport, and analyzing market trends to make informed buying decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in appropriate software.
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Occasional domestic and/or international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate for best pricing.
• Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
• Update inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Arrange transport of goods and track orders for timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Coordinate with inventory, management and stockroom as required.
• Assess quality of stock received and escalate discrepancies.
• Ability to travel.
