Job summary

DevloIT SDN BHD is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities in our Kuala Lumpur operations. The role focuses on obtaining goods and services efficiently, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring compliant procurement practices.

Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, RFQ/RFP execution, contract terms negotiation, PO creation, and close monitoring of delivery timelines to support seamless operations.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to PO and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and service.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, compare quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.
