Job summary

HAVE FUN KL SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to support daily purchasing across our entertainment and F&B venues in Kuala Lumpur.

You will source, compare quotations, prepare POs, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with internal policies. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, at least 2 years in purchasing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years purchasing or procurement experience.
• Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with sourcing, quotation comparison and PO processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and ownership.
• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, entertainment or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist superior in handling daily purchasing activities and material requirements for outlets.
• Source, compare, and obtain quotations from suppliers for purchasing requests.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and process procurement documentation accurately
• Coordinate with suppliers on order placement, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve supply, quality or invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements and order status updates.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and approval processes.
• Support procurement reporting and purchasing analysis.
• Support price negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.
• Identify alternative suppliers and cost-effective purchasing options when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
