Job summary

DELI MALAYSIA E-COMMERCE SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a proactive Supply Chain Planner to manage daily procurement, inventory and demand planning, ensuring smooth stock flow and timely deliveries. You will coordinate with warehouse, operations, marketing, finance and customer service to optimize stock, forecast demand and support new product introductions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Can speak Mandarin to deal with China Suppliers, basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management; FMCG or stationery experience preferred.
• Strong data processing and analysis skills, good cross-department communication and problem-solving abilities, and resilience.
• High self-motivation, ambitious and proactive, with a somewhat strong personality.

Responsibilities

• Daily Procurement Planning and Goods Receipt Handling: Manage daily procurement plans and handle the receipt of goods.
• Inventory Planning and Demand Planning Management: Oversee stock and sales planning, forecasting, replenishment modeling, and product ABC analysis.
• New Product Planning and Inventory Control: Manage new product stocking, lifecycle management, and product introductions.
• Order Delivery Management: Monitor procurement and customer order delivery times.
• Out-of-Stock and Slow-Moving Inventory Management: Coordinate delivery of out-of-stock products and promotions for slow movers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, operations, marketing, finance, and customer service.

• 1.Daily Procurement Planning and Goods Receipt Handling: Manage daily procurement plans and handle the receipt of goods.
• 2.Inventory Planning and Demand Planning Management: Oversee stock and sales planning, sales forecasting, replenishment model establishment and optimization, customer order analysis, and product ABC classification analysis.
• 3.New Product Planning and Inventory Control: Manage new product stocking and introduction, product lifecycle management, new product sales management, IP product stocking management, and inventory structure control.
• 4.Order Delivery Management: Control procurement order delivery times, customer order delivery times, and new product order delivery times.
• 5.Out-of-Stock and Slow-Moving Inventory Management: Coordinate delivery of out-of-stock products and manage promotion plans and follow-ups for slow-moving products.
• 6.Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as warehouse, operations, marketing, finance, and customer service.

Job Requirements:

• 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• 2.Can speak Mandarin to deal with China Suppliers, basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• 3.With 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management; experience in the stationery industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chain management is preferred.
