Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia's Johor Bahru region is seeking a seasoned planning and supply chain manager to lead departmental planning, budgeting and forecasting, while ensuring on-time delivery and high productivity.

You will supervise staff, coach career development, manage inventory, analyze data for decision making, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders; Mandarin language ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years practical experience in Planning/ Supply chain management in high-speed manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations.
• Able to build team and motivates people to high level of commitment & excellence
• Ability to liaise internally and externally effectively
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to serve our extensive Mandarin-speaking customer.

• Review and plan for the Machine capacity, material planning and overall demand forecast & stock management
• To ensure On time delivery monitoring and achieving department target
