Job summary

MR DIY International in Malaysia is seeking a capable procurement professional to coordinate purchasing, manage supplier relations, and ensure timely product launches. You will support management reporting and collaborate with overseas purchasers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year in purchasing or merchandising, strong data entry and analysis skills, and a good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or merchandising.
• Basic data entry and data analysis skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken). Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate new product proposals, including managing the reordering process for existing products
• Prepare, produce, and review management reports, ensuring alignment with overseas purchasers and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze product sales performance to support procurement and merchandising decisions
• Manage and maintain strong working relationships with overseas suppliers and business partners
• Ensure all procurement-related projects and product launches are delivered within the agreed timelines
• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Conduct basic data analysis to support decision‑making and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new country expansion initiatives and operational requirements
