Job summary

SOLS Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Management Executive to manage the operational procurement process, from requisitions to payment processing, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery. You will also coordinate deliveries, perform receiving/inspection, and maintain accurate procurement records.

The role requires strong organization, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and experience with procurement systems and Excel/Sheets. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in SCM, logistics, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs with internal teams, define goods/services, and delivery timelines.
• Process PRs for approval and generate/approve POs; issue to suppliers.
