Job summary

SOLS Energy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supply Chain Management Executive to oversee procurement operations from requisition to payment. You will manage PRs, generate POs, coordinate deliveries, verify inbound goods, perform 3-way invoice matching, and maintain records, while tracking costs and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain execution.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Strong working knowledge of procurement systems and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs with internal teams and define required goods/services.
• Process purchase requisitions (PRs) for approval.
• Create and approve purchase orders (POs) and issue to suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and track shipment progress.
• Verify received goods/services against specs; create Goods Receipt Note.
• Process supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, invoice).
• Maintain accurate procurement records (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Track costs, monitor price fluctuations, and support budgeting.
• Monitor supplier performance and trigger reorders when needed.
• Assist in shipping documentation and tax application as required.

# Supply Chain Management ExecutiveFull-timeKuala LumpurRM 3,000 - RM 3,800## Role SummaryAs a Supply Chain Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing the operational procurement process after suppliers have been identified. You will oversee requisitions, purchase order creation, delivery coordination, receiving and inspection, invoice validation, payment processing, cost tracking, and recordkeeping.
