Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role; sheet metal or machining background desirable.
• Proficient in reading sheet metal and machining drawings; strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier evaluation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus for collaborating with suppliers or MNCs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate procurement plans based on production schedules and materials requirements.
• Lead pricing, supplier evaluation, and negotiations to reduce costs; track performance.
• Standardize procurement processes, review contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and engineering to ensure timely material availability.
