Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. invites applications for an Internship - Procurement (OPEX) at our Corporate Office in Johor Bahru.

You will assist the Procurement team by maintaining vendor information, purchase documentation, and payment records while gaining hands-on exposure to procurement operations in the construction sector. We seek a Bachelor’s student in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field who can communicate in Chinese modules, and who is proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Spoken Chinese is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Administration: Support vendor pre-qualification and registration processes.
• Document Control: Maintain files for quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records.
• Purchasing Operations: Monitor PRs/POs and assist in issuing orders.
• Payment Tracking: Monitor invoices and coordinate with Finance on payments.
