Job summary

Pantech Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Purchaser to source from international suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders from placement to delivery. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics and shipping teams on import arrangements, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain supplier performance records while meeting tight deadlines.

This role requires strong negotiation, independence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in international procurement.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
