Are you an experienced procurement professional looking to grow your career in a structured corporate environment? We're looking for a Procurement Executive (Contract) to support sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and contract administration within a fast-paced organisation based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end procurement processes, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement systems while working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Coupa or other procurement systems is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Purchasing
- Review and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement requests.
- Manage vendor master data, including new vendor registrations and information updates.
- Conduct supplier sourcing activities and support competitive bidding processes.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and procurement agreements with suppliers.
- Support new contract creation and contract renewal activities.
- Register, publish, and maintain procurement contracts within the procurement system.
- Monitor contract progress and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Procurement Systems & Reporting
- Prepare sourcing documentation, specifications, and procurement records.
- Launch sourcing events and manage supplier invitations through procurement platforms.
- Develop and maintain procurement catalogues within the system.
- Review catalogue pricing periodically and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Prepare procurement reports and support regional reporting requirements.
- Maintain procurement-related documentation, including SDS and TDS records.
