Job summary

Tenpower Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a purchasing professional to manage PO creation, supplier evaluation, and cost negotiations. You will maintain purchase records and analytics while ensuring timely delivery and strong supplier relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus experience in procurement, with strong English and Malay language skills. Mandarin adds advantage and a detail‑oriented, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process, including creating and processing purchase orders.
• Evaluate supplier quotations against technical and commercial specs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct routine audits.
• Address supplier quality issues with timely resolution.
• Prepare purchasing analyses and maintain purchase history records.
• Support meetings with relevant purchasing data and reports.
• Maintain good supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare purchasing analysis reports and maintain accurate purchase history records.
• Support internal and supplier meetings by providing relevant purchasing data and reports.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of required materials or products.
