Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a Procurement & Contract Management Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support end-to-end procurement activities and contract management. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure contracts and procurement tasks comply with company policies.

Experience with Coupa, Oracle, e-Sourcing platforms, and e-Signature tools is an advantage; candidates with other ERP systems will also be considered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement and Contract Management is mandatory.
• Experience in procurement operations, sourcing and contract management.
• Understanding end-to-end procurement lifecycle and purchasing processes.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, sourcing or contract management systems.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Oracle, e-Sourcing or e-Signature tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to contract execution.
• Support contract management: preparation, review, tracking, renewals and expiry monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Conduct sourcing activities: RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, quotes and negotiations.
• Record procurement transactions and maintain contract documentation in systems.
• Monitor contract terms, milestones and compliance; work with Legal and Finance.

Job description

We are looking for a Procurement & Contract Management Specialist with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support end-to-end procurement activities and contract management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing procurement processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and ensuring contracts and procurement activities are completed accurately and in line with company policies.

Experience with Coupa, Oracle, e-Sourcing platforms, and e-Signature tools will be an added advantage. However, candidates with experience using other ERP, procurement, sourcing, or contract management systems will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end procurement activities, from purchase requisition through sourcing, supplier selection, purchase order and contract execution.
• Support contract management activities, including contract preparation, review, tracking, renewals and expiry monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and relevant business functions to ensure procurement and contract requirements are met.
• Conduct sourcing activities, including RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison and commercial negotiations where required.
• Ensure procurement transactions and documentation are accurately recorded in the relevant systems.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, suppliers, purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Monitor contract terms, key milestones, renewals and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Business Units and other stakeholders on procurement and contractual matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures and approval requirements.
• Prepare procurement and contract-related reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Experience working with ERP, procurement, sourcing or contract management systems.
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, e-Sourcing or e-Signature tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with experience using other ERP/procurement platforms are encouraged to apply.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling contracts, commercial information and procurement documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple procurement and contract-related activities simultaneously.
