• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with engineering materials, fabrication components, mechanical and electrical equipment procurement is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills.

ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY OR SHORT NOTICE PERIOD

Responsibilities:

1. Source, evaluate, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for company operations and project execution.

2. Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.

3. Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and other procurement-related documents.

4. Follow up on order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

5. Work closely with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and support project schedules.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders, both written and spoken.
