Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PCB materials, chemicals, components and processes.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
• Proficient in MRP/ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, PCB components, chemicals, and consumables for production.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and capacity.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare POs and monitor status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, lead time, delivery reliability, and cost.
• Address shortages, disruptions, quality issues, and delays with appropriate actions.
• Conduct market research and identify alternative suppliers to reduce risk.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier information.
• Support cost reduction and supplier development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials, components, chemicals, and services required for PCB manufacturing operations. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, supplier performance, and compliance with company quality and procurement standards.

Candidates with a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing background are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, PCB components, consumables, and indirect materials required for production.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery performance, capacity, and technical capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams to meet production requirements.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, including quality, lead time, delivery reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Follow up on material shortages, supply disruptions, quality issues, and delivery delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and identify alternative suppliers to minimize supply chain risks and improve competitiveness.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Support cost reduction, supplier development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of PCB raw materials, chemicals, components, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
• Mandarin/Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred, particularly for communication and coordination.
• Strong supplier relationship management and follow-up skills.
