Job summary

GME GREENTECH Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support administrative duties in the purchasing department, monitor inventory levels, and trigger re-orders when stock runs low.

You will perform data entry and filing, help reduce costs by evaluating supplier options, and coordinate goods receipt and delivery on site. Fluency in English, Malay and Chinese is required, with a preference for a Chinese female aged 21-30.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement processes, policy and system.
• Basic computer skills; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English, Malay and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• To perform administrative and clerical duties for the purchasing department.
• Monitor and manage inventory control, re-ordering if stock levels fall low.
• Perform data entry & filing.
• Responsible for reducing costs to the company, such as evaluating costs of purchasing from various suppliers to arrive at the best deal.
• To monitor goods received and transport arrangement delivery on site.
• To assist job assigned by superiors and documentation preparation, filing.
