Responsibilities

• Assist in development of purchase orders and send to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Research potential suppliers and compare products, prices, and services.
• Assist with resolution of invoice discrepancies and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports for management.
