Job summary

Reeracoen (Malaysia) is seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain professional to lead Order Fulfilment operations within a growing organization. You will coordinate demand forecasting, inventory control, and supplier interactions to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

You will manage day-to-day purchasing, source new suppliers, negotiate terms, and issue POs while monitoring KPIs to drive cost efficiency and process improvements across the purchasing function.

• Manage and coordinate Order Fulfilment operations, including supply/demand forecasting, inventory control, and customer order execution.
• Handle day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source, evaluate and develop new suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on order status.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements and stock availability.
• Monitor purchase prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team performance.
• Develop and implement new systems, best practices, and process improvements to support business growth.
