Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suppliers for goods/services.
• Request and compare quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Resolve issues with suppliers (delays, defective goods, invoicing discrepancies).
• Prepare job completed report.
