Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking a PROCUREMENT CUM ADMIN SUPPORT to manage sourcing, purchasing and delivery monitoring. You will prepare purchase orders, liaise with sales for costing and quotations, and coordinate both local and overseas shipments.

The role requires at least 2 years in purchasing, a professional certificate or diploma or degree, and strong MS Office skills. Immediate full-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Min 2 years of working experience in the related field and purchasing line is required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work both in a team environment or independently
• Resourceful with positive attitude
• Good communication skills & high commitment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and monitor delivery.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures and specifications.
• Monitor and follow up with sales team for costing and quotation
• Expertise in sourcing the material in short time with competitive price
• In charge of local & overseas purchases
• To arrange, monitor and co-ordinate both import and export shipment
• Filling and control all purchase files.
• Other admin duties as assigned by management
