Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking a data processing assistant to support logistics operations. You will perform data processing tasks, search dates, input analyses, and manage reporting while liaising with customers and vendors via email.

The role requires strong English, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work fixed, flexible, or rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays. Shipping documentation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience; knowledge in shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in written or oral English is essential.
• Able to work on fixed, flexible and/or rotational shift hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Data processing work related to logistic field including date search, analysis input and audit, and reporting management.
• Handle email communication and liaise with customers and vendors.
• Ensure all documents generated are highly accurate and error-free.
• Escalate issues to superior and client for speedy resolution.
• Assist with any other assignments as required.
