Job summary

ME Mascot Enterprise Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia, seeks a cheerful, proactive Procurement Cum Admin to join our close-knit team. You will manage procurement records, source materials, and coordinate with overseas suppliers (Malaysia, Batam, Singapore, China) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required; travel to support procurement and production will be needed between KL and Batam.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Procurement, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; procurement/production experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AI tools.
Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Willing to travel frequently and coordinate closely with overseas suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain production forms, sales documentation, and internal procurement records to ensure accuracy and proper tracking.
Source and outsource materials and products, including identifying suppliers, negotiating terms, and comparing pricing quotations.
Actively source and stay updated on new and relevant products from the market to support production and sales needs.
Communicate effectively in Mandarin with partners and suppliers in China (mandatory requirement).
Travel between Kuala Lumpur and Batam as required to support procurement and production operations.
