MVC Resources in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a Process Management Specialist to align and optimize cross-department workflows and drive scalable process improvements. The role focuses on documenting current processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and enabling system implementations to boost productivity.

You will work with operations leaders, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable system features, while performing data analysis and building dashboards for

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end China export logistics and freight forwarding processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); strong data sensitivity; hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools for data processing/dashboard development is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent prioritization skills, and independent problem-solving capabilities.

• Preferred experience in process design, standardization, and continuous system/workflow improvement.
• Proven track record in supporting system implementations, business analysis, and collaborating with software development teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel); strong data sensitivity; hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools for data processing/dashboard development is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent prioritization skills, and independent problem-solving capabilities.
