Job summary

You will work with area owners to identify opportunities and drive improvements across operations. The role includes Gemba visits, weekly improvement activities, Kaizen/VSM workshops, root cause analysis, and line balancing for process optimization.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 1 year of CI-related experience.
• Awareness of CI.
• Familiarity with personal computers and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of yearly CI activities plan and ensure that project goals are met.
• Participate in Gemba visits, perform weekly improvement activities, and provide Kaizen team suggestions.
• Participate in CI workshops (Kaizen, VSM) for process improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and address issues.
• Design line balancing for process improvement.
• Drive new ideas for improvement with area owners.
