Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Penang invites an experienced Processes & Applications Advisor to drive continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites, shaping procurement and quotation workflows.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, run requirement-gathering workshops, architect end-to-end e-Business solutions, and partner with IT to deploy integrated applications while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI initiatives in a global supply chain or systems integration environment.
• Proven ability to drive process efficiency and document best practices.
• Experience in workshops for requirements gathering and translating needs into specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to improve process efficiency across sites.
• Facilitate workshops to align global objectives with site workflows and translate needs into specs.
• Architect end-to-end e-Business solutions to streamline data and enable collaboration among Celestica, customers, and suppliers.
• Consult with IT to deploy integrated procurement applications and ensure compliance.
• Oversee data-monitoring governance with IT to ensure alignment with corporate frameworks.
• Advise executives on constraints, risk mitigation, and optimization plans based on data analysis.
• Develop training frameworks and certification programs for regional system rollouts.
