Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Process Engineering leader to drive efficiency across manufacturing lines. You will guide Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, mentor staff, and implement tooling and process improvements to maximize yields.

The role requires strong data integrity practices, training capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment and a degree in engineering or computer science are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading or supervising manufacturing/processing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering department to operate efficiently with integrity and enthusiasm.
• Direct Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on assigned lines to optimize machine and process efficiency.
• Provide training on equipment maintenance, programming and PD file creation.
• Collaborate with Line Supervisors and Engineers to determine corrective actions to improve yields.
• Ensure data integrity through regular PD backups and documentation of procedures.
