Process Engineer – Warehouse / Contract Logistics

We are looking for a Process Engineer with experience in warehouse operations, contract logistics, process improvement and solution design. The role will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, layouts, capacity, manpower and logistics systems, as well as supporting new business implementations and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage warehouse and logistics improvement projects from planning to implementation

Design and optimize warehouse layouts, workflow and storage capacity

Analyse warehouse processes and identify improvement opportunities

Support new warehouse setup and business implementation

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, warehouse engineering, contract logistics or supply chain

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes

Experience in warehouse layout design, facility planning and workflow optimization

Knowledge of Contract Logistics and solution design

Experience with WMS / ERP systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

AutoCAD experience is an added advantage
