Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering and warehouse optimization.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience in warehouse layout design and facility planning.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and logistics improvement projects from planning to implementation
• Design and optimize warehouse layouts, workflow and storage capacity
• Analyse warehouse processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop SOPs, process maps and workflow documentation
• Support new warehouse setup and business implementation
• Conduct capacity, manpower, equipment and material flow planning
• Work with IT teams on WMS / ERP / logistics systems
• Support system testing, UAT and implementation
• Prepare project reports, presentations and business proposals
