Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a Production Process Engineer to manage process control, product quality, and continuous improvement & optimization on the process to achieve better product quality and lower energy consumption.

Develop, set up, and optimize injection molding process parameters to achieve stable production.

Monitor key parameters such as cycle time, temperature, pressure, cooling time, and injection profile.

Improve process efficiency to reduce cycle time, scrap rate, and material loss.

Provide after-sales service and technical support.

Investigate process-related issues & perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Support new mold trials and product validation.

Optimize process parameters during the first article or sample production.

Analyze production data, including reject rate, machine efficiency, and process capability, and prepare technical reports and improvement recommendations.

Support installation and commissioning of new injection machines, dryers, chillers, or automation systems.

Work with the maintenance team and quality team to improve equipment reliability & product quality.

Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, energy saving & quality improvement.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in the Engineering Field.

Minimum 2 years in injection molding or Manufacturing preferred.

Experience in process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting.
