Job summary

ANCOM CROP CARE SDN BHD, located in Shah Alam Section 15, seeks a chemical engineering professional to research, design, and develop processes for productivity improvements. You will collect data, analyze improvements, and oversee implementation of new procedures, contributing to health and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field from a reputed university.
• Candidate with working experience is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; long hours including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Create and develop new procedures and processes.
• Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
• Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.

The interview session will be conducted in person, and candidates are required to travel to Section 15 for the appointment.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or any other related from a well-known university or institution.

Candidate with working experience is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well independently and with a team

Can work long working hours and during weekends or public holidays.
