The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field from a reputed university.
• Candidate with working experience is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; long hours including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Create and develop new procedures and processes.
• Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
• Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Examine existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems with processes and operations.
• Contribute to health and safety standards development.
• Communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues.
• Assist teams in implementing designed procedures.
• Involve in new Product Development.
