Dahua Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer with a positive mindset to drive product engineering data management and process improvements. You will lead the introduction of new products, develop new processes (BOM), and prepare technical documents with rigorous standardization.
The role requires strong Mandarin and English communication, knowledge of CNC machining, and the ability to interpret drawings using CAD tools.
This position will require a hands-on individual with a positive minded attitude. This will be a great chance for candidate who is technically capable in project management.
Responsibilities:
Establish product engineering data and maintain the data in a timely manner.
Develop and modify technical regulations and standards, implement them after approval.
Introduction of new products and build new processes (BOM).
Properly prepare technical documents, improve and standardize the process flow, and implement it after approval.
Provide timely guidance, processing, coordination and resolution of technical problems arising from products.
Coordinate, implement and maintain documentations for all stages and processes of your work scope.
Early product development process evaluation, tooling and inspection tool design and adjustment, follow-up of quantitative testing, sample submission, etc.
Assist Superior in the preparation and improvement of product SOP, SPP and other operating documents
Preparation and submission of FMEA, FLOWCHART / General Standard and other materials.
Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Knowledge in Product Process Flow.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes.
Able to interpret mechanical drawings and proficient in basic CAD 3D tools and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of basic GD&T concepts for interpreting tolerances and functional requirements.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing, Engineering & Production Skill or equivalent.
