The Process Engineer (Machining) will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining machining processes to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets in FAMAX's CNC and related manufacturing operations. This full-time on-site role, based in Kedah, Malaysia, includes analyzing machining workflows, defining process parameters, and implementing process controls for CNC machining, turning, and related operations. The role involves preparing and updating process documentation, supporting tooling and fixture design, and collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues and reduce downtime. The Process Engineer will monitor performance data, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Participation in cross-functional problem-solving and training of production personnel on process standards is also expected.
