Job summary

Opulent in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a manufacturing process engineer to set up new process flows, support product transfer and trial runs, and drive corrective actions on trials. The role focuses on improving yield and product quality through process analysis and problem solving.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or above, with experience in manufacturing or electronics being a plus, and will review and develop technical specs, control plans, PFMEA

Qualifications

• Diploma in EE or higher is required.
• Strong ability to analyze process problems and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New process flow set-up and development.
• Support for new product transfer and trial-run.
• Analysis problem and carry out Trial run corrective action.
• Carry out Part Approval, MN, and ECR/ECO changes.
• Engineering Spec/documents review and development (Control Plan, PFMEA, SOP).
• Equipment set-up and sourcing for new manufacturing process equipment or upgrade.
• Technical specification study during RFQ stage.
• All other duties assigned by Superior.
