Private Advertiser is seeking a diligent Process Engineer to monitor, control and improve manufacturing processes to achieve production, quality and efficiency targets. You will analyze production processes, identify process issues and implement effective improvements.
Working closely with Production and QA/QC teams, you will conduct RCA, implement corrective actions, optimize parameters, develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.
Monitor, control and improve manufacturing processes to achieve production, quality and efficiency targets
Analyze production processes, identify process issues and implement effective improvements
Troubleshoot process, machine and production-related problems to minimize downtime and defects
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
Monitor process performance, yield, productivity, cycle time and process capability
Establish, review and optimize machine/process parameters to ensure stable and consistent production
Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and process standards
Work closely with Production and QA/QC teams to resolve process-related issues
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve production output and process efficiency
Support line balancing, manpower optimization and capacity improvement activities
Evaluate and recommend improvements to machines, tools, fixtures, materials and production methods
Monitor and reduce process variation, scrap, rework and production losses
Prepare process improvement reports, analysis and documentation for management review
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and productivity improvement
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with established standards, specifications and safety requirements
Provide technical support and guidance to Production personnel when required
