Job summary

Opulent Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking engineering professionals in Penang to establish new process flows and support product transfers. The role involves analyzing production problems and implementing corrective actions during trial runs.

The position requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and values experience in manufacturing and electronics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply in a growing SSL manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in EE.
• Good in process problem analyzing and solving skill to solve production issue and to improve yield and product quality.
• Candidate with manufacturing and electronic experiences will be added advantages.

Responsibilities

• New process flow set-up and development.
• Support for new product transfer and trial-run.
• Analysis problem and carry out Trial run corrective action.
• Carry out Part Approval, MN, and ECR/ECO change.
• Engineering Spec/documents review & develop (Control Plan, PFMEA, SOP).
• Equipment set-up & sourcing for new manufacturing process equipment or upgrade.
• Technical specification study during RFQ stage.
• All other duties assigned by Superior.
