Job summary

IBM Malaysia Consulting seeks a Process Analyst– Procure to Pay (P2P) to join our Delivery Center. You will handle invoice processing, vendor master activities, and payment workflows, contributing to accurate accounting and timely settlements.

We value 1–2 years in Accounts Payable, experience with invoice reconciliation, and strong Mandarin proficiency. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain SLAs, and adapt to shifts, using MS Office and ERP systems in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Commerce or related background with 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor master management, and reconciliation.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a MUST and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain PO and Non-PO invoices and manage payment requests.
• Handle end-to-end Vendor Master activities including creation, changes, verifications and cleansing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for coding/approvals, resolve blocked invoices, and ensure timely posting in accounting software.

Your role and responsibilities

As Process Analyst– Procure to Pay (P2P), you are responsible for Invoice processing, Vendor master management, Query resolution, Indexing, and Invoice reconciliation. You should be flexible to work in shifts. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Recording and maintaining PO and Non-PO Invoices and handling both manual and automatic payment requests.
• Involved in end-to-end Vendor Master activities like creation, changes, verification, cleansing, and identifying duplicate records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for coding and approvals, address blocked invoice issues, and ensure timely posting in accounting software for payments and expenses.
• Handle the processing of travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payment issues, recover funds, and execute payment proposals.
• Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines.

• Commerce graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in Invoice and Vendor management along with Resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation.
• Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role is a MUST* Proficient in MS Office applicationsand any ERP software as an end-user.
