Job summary

BUP Group Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to support daily printing operations and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires basic knowledge of printing processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good communication. You will assist with material coordination, scheduling, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment, with learning opportunities across the production workflow.

Qualifications

• At least SPM qualification or equivalent; 1–2 years of experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, or large format) and finishing operations; willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in coordinating daily printing production activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and organize production materials, job schedules, and support coordination across design, prepress, production, and packing departments.
• Monitor job progress, report issues or delays promptly, and support quality control checks to meet standards.
• Assist in managing inventory of paper, ink, and production supplies and liaise with suppliers as required.
• Maintain production records, prepare basic reports, provide administrative support, and ensure a clean, safe production area.
