• Familiar with pre-press (CTP, color calibration), printing machines, and finishing machines.

• Lead and manage the production team across all departments.

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with quality assurance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve production issues.

About you

Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum 5–8 years in a production role within the printing industry

Strong knowledge in printing processes: offset, flexographic, digital, or screen printing

Familiar with pre-press (CTP, color calibration), printing machines (Heidelberg, Komori, HP Indigo, etc.), and finishing machines (die-cutting, binding, lamination)

Good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
