Job summary

Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. is seeking a proactive Print Care Assistant in Selangor for a 1-year contract to support administration and operations of the print services division.

You will handle queries, coordinate print orders, and maintain documentation, enabling smooth service delivery. The role requires at least 1 year in administration or customer service, basic IT troubleshooting, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in administration, IT support, or customer service
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills and comfort with computers and printers
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities
