Job summary

Bona Technology Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a production coordinator to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations, ensuring targets and schedules are met. You will supervise workers, monitor progress, and coordinate with QC, Warehouse and Packaging to ensure timely order completion.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, a relevant degree, and strong skills in reading drawings and MS Office.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production.
Able to read technical drawings, BOMs and production specifications.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for basic production reports.

Responsibilities

Assist the Production Supervisor in managing and monitoring daily production activities to meet targets and schedules.
Coordinate and supervise production workers and group leaders to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production progress and follow up on delays or issues promptly.
Review production orders, BOMs and drawings before and during production.
Ensure products meet specifications and processing requirements.
Coordinate with QC/Warehouse/Packaging to ensure timely completion of orders.
Prepare and maintain production records and daily production reports.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives.
