Job summary

You will unpack and pack items, monitor print quality, perform routine machine maintenance, and coordinate with team to ensure stock readiness and timely completion of production tasks. Prior experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
• Able to use basic computer and machine software, follow technical instructions and read simple drawings or job tickets.
• Experience in printing, production, or stock control is an advantage.
• Good eye for detail and quality, able to spot and correct common defects.
• Self-discipline and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and pack products following each order requirements.
• Apply solutions and clean products during production process.
• Set up and operate laser cut & printing machines according to job specifications and company guidelines.
• Handle basic computer tasks for printing setup and file processing.
• Arrange product on machine, monitor cut and print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal results.
• Ensure print quality and production efficiency.
• Assist in daily production tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform stock arrangements, checking, recording, and reporting.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with team to ensure sufficient stock for production.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area.
