Job summary

MySub Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor, is hiring a Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. This full-time role focuses on scheduling, data recording, and coordinating with production management to keep processes efficient and on track.

The candidate will assist with inventory control, reporting, and adherence to production standards, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (SPM or equivalent).
• Favourable if you have qualifications in manufacturing, production management or business administration.
• Experience in production, manufacturing or logistics, in an assistant or support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist supervisors and team leaders in daily operations.
• Record and update production data including output, defects and downtime.
