Job summary

Startek Malaysia is seeking individuals to join our Team in Malaysia, delivering exceptional customer service for digital printer and imaging solutions. The role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring high customer satisfaction for our Hong Kong client market.

Day shifts are required with a 5-day workweek and a monthly salary starting from RM4,000 plus KPI incentives. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats for Hong Kong client market.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal (Cantonese & Mandarin Traditional) and written communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, fresh graduates welcomed.
